There is a sense of welcoming comfort within every original retirement apartment at Prospect Hill. These bright and spacious residences are ideally located close to the dining room, library, lounge, courtyard and manager – easily accessed via the lift.
Recently refurbished, every retirement apartment features high ceilings and plenty of light. Elegant and contemporary, all have roomy living spaces and sparkling kitchens. Most feature two spacious bedrooms – main has an en suite and a walk-in robe, plus there is a guest bathroom also. Many of the upper level apartments have beautiful views through the treetops and to the surrounding Camberwell neighbourhood, while those on the ground level look out into lovely courtyard gardens. There are balconies on which to enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine and double glazed windows to let the sunshine in while keeping the noise out. There is plenty of storage throughout, plus a storage cage and secure underground car space. A Prospect Hill apartment has everything you need and nothing you don’t!
Every apartment features 24 hour emergency call, which will be answered by Prospect Hill’s full time live-in manager. Knowing that there is an experienced manager on-site offers security and peace of mind. Five of these eight new retirement apartments are set within the heritage Masonic building that is connected to the Prospect Hill community. Many of the building’s beautiful, original features have been retained, bringing elements of the past into play alongside
the new.
